LOOKING BACK:
Well, we made it to the weekend with two victories that were almost too easy.
On Tuesday, Senior Night, Little Cheer Night and P.T.O. Chili Supper Night, the Eagles easily defeated Woodland 63-33. Jon Morrow led the way with 24 points, Preston Scherer added 13.
Two days later Oran ruined Kelly's Senior Night with a 78-42 shellacking of their hosts. Once again Morrow led all scorers with two dozen points and freshman phenom Seth Ressel (aka Bessel) chipped in 14.
OE concludes the regular season at 17-8.
LOOKING FORWARD:
Class 2, District 3 play starts tomorrow (Saturday) at OHS. The boys received a first round bye and will not play until Tuesday at 6pm against the winner of Saturday's game between Lesterville and Meadow Heights. Here is a link to the boys bracket.
